| IR8 & IR64 | Product Required Rice, Qty 2,500 tons, 1st shipment is 520 tons, 260 to s IR8. And 260 tons IR64, 5 % broken and 100 % Sortex. 26 tons per Contract. We can sign a minimum TWO year Contract with renewals and increases in quantities much sooner. We want them for Walvis Bay and Durban Ports. Best Price gets the deal. Ø : Parboiled Rice not raw. 5 % broken, 100 % Sortex / washed. We will eventually increase the order to 3 o 4 times and more if all goes well. Shipment – Price to Durban and Walvis Bay. Payment. Payment by L/C. Or Bank Guarantee upon Bill of Lading receipt. We have all Bank Securities in place. We will require, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Pre-inspection SGS Report , Lab report and Analysis Report, Certificate of Origin, Health / Phyto Sanitary Certificate soonest for the Bank here. When loaded, we will require, Solas / Weight Certificate and, SGS. We have gigantic Orders but need to prove ourselves in the 1st 2 years although orders will increase. Packing- 25kg or 50 kg bags. Packing - Is very important, must not allow water, rain to get in. Labelling, Must be attractive, all part of Marketing the product. Label You can label them as Tasty Gold - Universal Export Quality.
