We also have loyal customers in other parts of Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. 2) Personally, I had been stationed in Singapore serving as APAC Regional CEO for two multinational corporations (MNCs) and in China serving as China Regional CEO for another two MNCs, prior to returning to the US and forming AMTX in 2019. And as a Professor of Economics at renowned universities prior to joining the industrial sector, I had lectured at Overseas Executive Education programs for a total of over 800 senior government officials, bankers and business executives from China and other emerging economies. Current Projects 1) The Orders We currently have quite a number of orders in hand for Soybean, Yellow Corn, Barley, Wheat, various Edible Oils, etc. 2) The SPA As the Platform buying company, AMTX shall be the “Buyer” signing the SPA with the “Seller”. 3) The Payment Terms As stated in the LOI attached. Please kindly go through the attached LOIs and send us your FCO along with a Lab Analysis and some videos/photos of the stock.
